What is the Mobile Clinic?
Highway to Hope (H2H) Mobile Response Clinic is an outreach program that will offer integrated mental health and primary health care to adults and children ages 3 and older.
The Mobile Clinic will be used in the community to bring mental health & primary healthcare services to patients who do not have easy access to health care.
The clinic provides basic acute and primary care services and mental health services, including patient education, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
Who can use the Mobile Clinic?
All patients ages 3 and older are welcome, including those using employer insurance, Medicare, Medicaid and the uninsured.
What services are available?
We provide treatment for common illnesses and minor injuries, as well as primary care and preventive services

- Psychiatric Care Services/Counseling Services
- Crisis Intervention
- Suicide Prevention
- Patient Education
- Care Coordination
- Peer Support
Who will be a part of the mobile clinic care team?
The mobile clinical care team will include an adult Mental Health Professional, Child Mental Health Professional, a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. Psychiatric Telehealth services will also be available.
Is the Mobile Clinic available for use in the community?
Yes. The Mobile Clinic is available for use at local businesses and community organizations within the Pee Dee (Florence, Darlington, Marion); TriCounty (Chesterfield, Dillon, Marlboro) and Waccamaw (Georgetown, Williamsburg, Horry) Regions. Please contact us for more information at 843-317-4073.

As A National Health Service Corps site, we promise to serve all patients, offer discounted fees for patients who qualify, and not deny services based on a person’s race, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or ability to pay. The Center accepts several insurances, including Medicaid, Medicare and SC Healthy Connections for Children. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay; and there is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.
